Conor's guitar lesson

Conor's been taking guitar lessons for over two years now and I didn't have any picture of him with his guitar, so I took some tonight at his lesson. Me and Grandma Mary went, Conor learne Pretty Woman & Hound Dog. He was playing pretty good by the end of the lesson.

We had a great fun filled weekend at the Coast. Connie and her friend Taryl came up from Redding and we had a blast. The girls (& Chase) went shopping in Newport & then met up with the boys in Florence for some quad riding and beach combing. Charlie & Geneva, John & Girlfriend, Sean & Anna and Grandma Evelyn also spent time with us.


Me and Steve celebrated OUR 11th Anniversary on Saturday. We went to the movies this afternoon for our afternoon out!!.

Last of our papper work

We are so close to sending in our Dossier. All we have left is for the USCIS to approve us and get our fingerprints. Then all the papers will be off to China!!!!!
I'm hoping to be logged in the beginning of October.

Work Party

We threw our annual welcome the new ultrasound BBQ today and Lee & Donna were our Hostess. Welcome MAY!!!

Out on the Town in Portland

Thank you Anna & Sean for a great night out in Portland. We went to Harvey's Comedy Show & had a table up front. It was a great show. We then went on to Dixie's for some dancing!!

My 30th Birthday

Steve and my mom threw me a 30th birthday surprize party. About 25 people showed up. It would have been really fun if I would have been feeling good. I had an allergic reaction to a medicine I took and couldn't eat and had the worst headache ever. Thanks STEVE & MOM!!!! Also thanks everyone who attended and the great gifts!

Redding Waterslide

This is late posting but I had to get our water camera developed. I didn't trust taking my camera to the waterpark. The kids had a blast. Chase even went doing the raging river three times. Parker went down the toilet bowl looking ride with me twice. Conor opted out. Conor really enjoyed the regular waterslides and raging river raft ride. Grandma even got talked into going down a few times, but she preferred to spend most of the time in the lazy river.

Redding Fun

We had a great visit with Connie and family. Poor Brianna was in the hospital the whole week for a UTI, we went and seen her a couple of nights and they finally let her return home tonight. We had a great visit and BBQ at Connies friends house and met a lot of nice people and got to watch videos and pictures of a little girl adopted from China two years ago. Also I'm posting a picture of the thousands of HUGE spiders that live along the shores of the Sacramento River, they gave me chills taking pictures of them.

Dogs,Dogs and More Dogs!!!

We went to Redding this week to visit Connie & Family and ended up coming home with two adorable pug puppy's. Connie's Black pug Little Man had three different litters of puppy's. My mom got a Faun colored puppy 8 weeks from the first little and a black one 6 weeks from the second litter. Here's a few pics of the dogs.

Homestudy

We had are last and final homestudy done today!!!! Yeah!! Now we wait for the final homestudy draft and send off our 1-800a, it will probably be early or mid October before we are logged into China.

Fun at the Fair

Well we had another fun filled day at the fair. The whole family went, my parents and grandparents... The kids all got arm bands and Chase felt soooo big because he finally was tall enough to ride most of the kiddy rides. We ended the night with a concert from Johnny limbo and the lugnuts.
