Easter

 

Easter morning the kids woke up to some special surprises in their baskets.  They had some special items in the eggs along with candy. Each kid had their own color to find to make things easier.

 

 

And of course it's not Easter without a family pictures and dressing up.  After Church I thought it would be the perfect time to get our pictures before the kids took their shirts off.

We had a great Easter.  We were able to finally take our family picture for our dossier.  Chase was being a stinker and was sticking out his tongue in most of the pictures.  We had a great day with family.  Hope was still sick so we had to skip out on church.  It felt weird not going to church on Easter.

Coloring eggs

We decided to color eggs early on the weekend before Easter while Landon was down.  The kids had fun getting their hands colored also.  Luckily we got the dye off before their pictures the next day.

We started the day with a great Breakfast out.  Then back home for some family pictures and then off to Church for a great service.  We are going to have Lamb for our Easter dinner later!

 The kids hate getting family pictures and dressing up.  So this is a rare occurrence that we got both done today!

 They love being silly when I'm trying to get pictures also.  I couldn't help put take these, they were so funny.

 It's amazing how much Parker has changed in the last year.  Last year he looked like a little boy and now he's looking more grown up.

 And this one who was once our baby, is now taller than everyone else in the family.

Coloring eggs

Tonight we finally got to color eggs.  Conor was at a band performance so he came home and colored his later.  The kids each had their own carton to color.  I'm reminded that next year will be very different.  Once again we will have a little one and with that comes more supervision and help from us parents.  But tonight we kicked back and watched our kids c olor their eggs.  Here are their masterpieces!
