Today was Zoe's holiday party in her class.  They decorated gingerbread house and trees.

On Sunday I also did a quick photo shoot for my friends family.  It was fun and I got some cute pictures.  This got me thinking about possibly doing a fundraiser for our adoption taking photos of families for a reasonable price.

Storybook land

After Church we decided that we were going to take the kids to see Storybook land and Santa.  My parents went with us too, they had just returned from their weekend at the coast for their 29th Anniversary.  We invited the Todd family to join us and by accident we met up with the Rose family.
Afterwards we went to Abby's pizza for dinner.

Today Chase had a wrestling tournament in Creswell and ended up getting first.   I stayed home with the other kids and took Zoe to see Santa.  She was so excited to see him and tell him that she wanted a Barbie house.  Later we got Conor's haircut and shopped for his outfit for the dance tonight.

Conor's WInter Formal

Conor and his girlfriend Jessica went to their Winter Formal dance on Saturday.  We went shopping that day and found him clothes for the dance.  They wore navy blue and Conor got Jessica a corsage to match.

Conor's first Basketball game

We had almost a week off of school because of the snow.  When it snowed on Friday the temperature stayed cold and the snow was packed on the roads for a week.  Finally on Friday the kids were on their way back to school.  Wednesday they had a half day and Conor got to play his first game against Gladstone.  They lost in the very end.  Here's a few pictures from the game.

Snow day

The kids got a day off from school and us parents got a day off from work.  I got a message at 5 am that school was canceled.  Steve headed off to work.  We slept in a little.  Then I got up to get ready for work and Steve started heading home.  Head got stuck on a ramp after stopping for a semi truck who was chaining up.  So I rode with our neighbor to bring Steve some chains.  Once the chains were on we made it back home.  By that time we had over 8 inches of snow, so I made the decision to stay home for the day.  The kids played outside most of the day and I managed a few pictures of them.  Even Copach had fun.
