Chase last dual meet

Chase had his last Dual meet this week.  I always get so stressed watching him because I know how much it means to him. He ended up pinning the kid in the second round.  I love watching him with his teammates.  He's got some good buddies that are 8th graders and will be moving on to high school next year.

Chase Basketball

Chase had his first game this weekend.  It was quite the game.  Chase got hurt at one point, a scratch near his eye.  He did really well taking the ball down and passing.  He scored 6 points and assisted several other ones.

Conor Basketball

The last couple games I didn't bring my camera and always feel bad, so tonight I brought my camera to Conor's game.  They played Yamhill and they won by over twenty.  They all did good and played hard.  Conor is #33

My top 12 favorite pictures of 2013!

I seen another blogger do this and thought it was a good idea.  I take so many pictures throughout the year and it is really hard to just pick 12.  I'm going to choose one from each month and try to include one of each kid.

Chase's last wrestling tournament of the Season

Yesterday Chtase had his last wrestling match of the season.  It was a packed gym and we were packed in like sardines.  Chase had three matches.  The first match he pinned the kid, the second match he pinned the kid, and the last match he just about pinned him but won by points instead.  He had a new technique this time, he put the kids in what looked like a head lock and they couldn't get out of it.  Susan and Robin (Grandma & Grandpa) came for the weekend to watch him and Robin helped coach.  Chase ended up with first place and a medal.  He chose Red Robin to go and eat lunch.

Happy New Year's!

Wow alot has happened in the last couple of weeks.  The kids return to school tomorrow after having the last two weeks off.  They are ready and I am ready!  Also on December 6th we mailed off our I-800A application to the US government, this process takes a couple of  months to get approved.  Tomorrow we get our fingerprints done in Portland and then after that we wait for our approval.  Meanwhile I have been to Salem twice on the same day to get papers Certified an they are now at the San Francisco Chinese Embassy to get Authentication.  Were getting close to being done with the hardest part of the process.

New Year's Eve our Church met at a coffee shop that we had reserved and we snacked and played games.  My parents and Landon came along.  Afterwards we returned home to play a game of cards and then off to bed before the New year began.
