Chase's first wrestling match

Chase had his first official wrestling match tonight.   He first had a hard time getting over what he had to wear, it was the first time he's ever worn a singlet.  He wouldn't let me take his picture so I had to sneak the ones I got.
The team they were wrestling is from Scio and very competitive, these kids knew what they needed to do to get the points.   Chase did well and held his own for most of the match, but ended up losing.  I think I was more nervous than he was.

Candy Houses

I was off today so I got to enjoy helping Chase make a candy house in his class.  I don't know how the kids didn't eat any of the candy, I seen a few of them licking the frosting though.

Parker's Christmas play

Parker's whole 5th grade class put on a Christmas play tonight.  Parker had to dress up like an elf.  He had a dancing part and musical part.  It was a cute play call the Mice before Christmas.  The lighting wasn't too good but I got a few pictures anyways.

Zoe's Christmas Musical

Zoe's preschool class had a cute little musical today.  Steve, myself and Grandma Booth made it.  She was so cute.  There were times I had to fight back tears hearing her singing the songs.   She was by far the loudest of the group and was not shy about it at all.   Here's some pictures from today.

So excited

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving celebrating with relatives down in southern Oregon.  It's been years since we been down this way for the holidays.   We had dinner at Steve's sisters house with over forty people.  It was great seeing all of her family.  Steve and I participated in black friday shopping although we only went to a few stores and were done by 6:30 am.  Saturday we went to my Grandparents house and had another good dinner and fun visit.   Now were trying to prepare everyone for the week ahead.
