Nutcracker Ballet

 Zoe watched her first Nutcracker Ballet and loved it.  We went with our friend Debbie and her daughter Kayli.  The girls were dressed alike and looked so cute.  We were the third row back and it was such a great view for the girls.  Zoe got to pick out a special ornament that she will keep to remember tonight.

We have a new driver in the house!

Conor got his permit today.  I think I was more nervous than him.  I let him drive after basketball practice today and thought I was going to die.   It is nerve racking being in the car with a new driver and telling them step by step what to do.  We are going to practice in parking lots this weekend.

Conor's Birthday Weekend

This weekend we celebrated Conor's Birthday.  On Friday he had his friend Dylan over for the night.  I picked up pizza's on my way home and we rented a movie.  On Saturday we had a family dinner with brownies and homemade ice cream for desert.  Finally on Sunday we went out to eat a Red Robin and Conor brought his girlfriend Jessica along to celebrate. Tomorrow he turns 15, I'm still in denial about this.  Seems like yesterday Steve and I were preparing for our first child.  Things have changed so much since then.  Now my little boy is a Freshman in high school preparing to take his drivers test in two days.
