A trip to the park

 

We've had some beautiful days lately.  And finally one of those beautiful days landed on my day off.  So off we went to the park and the girls loved it.

 

Easter

 

Easter morning the kids woke up to some special surprises in their baskets.  They had some special items in the eggs along with candy. Each kid had their own color to find to make things easier.

 

 

And of course it's not Easter without a family pictures and dressing up.  After Church I thought it would be the perfect time to get our pictures before the kids took their shirts off.

We finally were able to get the girl photos done.  I'm happy with how they turned out but just wished the little girls would have smiled more.

 

 

 

Spring break zoo trip

 

I only had one day off during Spring Break.  So we headed to get the girls pictures done and then off to the zoo.  We really had a great day and the weather was perfect.

Coloring Eggs

 

We colored eggs the week before Easter.  I like to do this so that they can eat on the eggs all that week.  Yiyi loved coloring eggs.  She took her time with each and every egg, leaving it in the dye long enough to have a pretty color.

 

 

 

Hope was a bit impatient and quickly went through all her eggs, while Zoe also took her time.

Chase's 11th Birthday party

 

March is a busy month for us.  Two of the boys have birthdays.  Parker celebrated his the weekend before up in the snow.  Chase wanted a swimming party with his friends.

 

 

 

So we rented the local pool for two hours and let him invite all his friends

 

      Of course we went with a soccer theme because this boy is all about soccer
