Day 1 spring break

Today was the first day of the kids spring break.  The weather is still pretty lousy, but we weren't going to let it stop us from having a little fun.  After looking at the weather I decided to take the chance and go to the coast for the day.  First stop was our favorite place to eat Mo's, they are famous for their clam chowder and we love clam chowder.  Zoe got her hot chocolate this time, last Mo's visit she wanted apple juice and was upset when she seen the boys with their hot chocolate and whip cream.  After eating the kids wanted to feed the left over bread crumbs to the pelicans that surround the bay.  After one piece of bread his the dock the others started making noise and pretty soon we had over ten birds fighting for bread crumbs.  While on the dock we seen a fishing boat heading in.  It docked right next to us and we got to see all of the fish they caught.  It's a special guided fishing trip and two woman clean their fish for them after they exit the boat.

Last stop was the aquarium.  We have a membership this year and try to go every time were over this way.  The kids had fun, Zoe was terrified of the Anaconda snake and wouldn't go near the glass.  I hadn't realized before today that she didn't like snakes especially big ones!  Well were off to the Zoo tomorrow!
